Goo Hye Sun received a formal invitation from the Third Annual China Mobile Film Association/Festival to show her first directorial debut, <Cheerful Caretaker>.
The Korean beauty Goo Hye Sun plans to attend the film festival to be held at the Shim Chun University on the 18th of December and show her film, <Cheerful Caretaker>. This film association is divided into several sections: the Main Competition category, Asia Media section, Animation section, and Shim Chun Impression division.
The main competition category is also divided into 10 headings; the selected works for this category includes work from the very famous and experienced director to work from a newcomer. The Chief Manager of the Film Association, Long Shin, introduced that, the Korean star of BOF, Goo Hye Sun’s <Cheerful Caretaker> is placed under the Main Competition category.

►►SBS will no longer air “Family Outing”
aww…after much controversies about the show being ‘faked’ and whatnot, I think the producers are getting tired 😦
It was announced on the 17th that SBS has taken the decision to end their flagship program, Family Outing this coming January 2010.
The countdown has apparently begun as SBS has decided against renewing their contract with the production company that produces Family Outing. SBS are currently preparing for another program to take its place.
Family Outing has enjoyed high popularity ever since it’s debut in June 2008. But it has recently been embroiled in lots of controversies involving scripted lines, fishy situations, etc plus recycled scenarios, resulting in a huge decline in ratings.
Yoo Jae Suk has also signaled his decision to leave when his contract is up in January 2010, which ultimately means that the program can’t continue since he’s the focal point.
A SBS staff expressed, “The end of Family Outing is more or less decided already. We are currently preparing a new real outdoor variety show which will include 6 – 7 MCs. Our target is for it to debut at the end of January 2010, with our first recording scheduled in mid-January. We have already signed on 2 idol group members, 2 – 3 actors/gagmen thus far. The MCs have yet to be decided.“

The last song ‘Love Story’ featuring members Park JungAh and Seo In Young as part of the group Jewelry has been released.
Jewelry released their 6th repackaged album ‘End And…’ on 17th December on online music sites.
‘End And…’ meant the ending and a new challenge for both members after they will leave the group. The song is produced by famous producer Jo YeongSoo and Ahn YeongMin. It is said to suit the winter season and is a medium tempo ballad, something different from the usual dance songs that Jewelry will do.
The group will have their comeback stage on 18th December on KBS Music Bank.

►►JYP Entertainment accused of stealing car?
Representing the Wonder Girls, 2PM, and 2AM, JYP Entertainment was allegedly found with a stolen vehicle that was reported to the police.
The stolen car had the JYP logo on it and was parked outside of the JYP broadcasting station in Yeouido, Seoul. After further investigation, it was revealed that the vehicle did not belong to JYP or JYP Entertainment. Currently it is thought to have been parked there by a person posing as a JYP manager.
A JYPE representative said, “The JYP logo was found on the car, and after investigation, the police confirmed that the van did not belong to JYPE.”
Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. Many fake celebrity managers are out there committing fraud and reaping financial benefits from their crimes. Because managers are not recognized by the general public, it is very easy to get away with crimes like this.
