The fanclub of group CNBLUE’s Yonghwa has made a donation to Haiti in celebration of CNBLUE’s 100 day anniversary.
Jung Yonghwa’s fanclub “Yonghwa, Let’s Get Closer**” on April 24th, has made a donation to Haiti that suffered from an earthquake to celebrate CNBLUE’s 100th day debut.
They commented, “Instead of rashly preparing an expensive present for the 100th day debut, we thought it would be much more worthwhile to participate in a good deed,” and added, “since Haiti has suffered so much from the earthquake, we decided to make a donation.”
From February 24th to April 12th, the cafe members held many discussions which resulted in the collection of approx. $10,004***, to mean Angel. (NB: 1000 = Chun, 4 = Sa, Chunsa = angel in korean)
Moreover, fans say, “We are hoping that by spreading the news, ordinary citizens and other fanclubs will participate in good deeds.”
On one hand, CNBLUE has a concert planned on the 16th in Japan, and on the 18th, will film a 3D music video for their single, “Now or Never” with 300 fans at SBS DeungchonDong.

A.N.Jell gets their very own official website
Despite You’re Beautiful ending its run last December and A.N.Jell being just a fictitious band (although many wished that it was for real), fans can’t seem to get enough of the drama and its leading cast members like Jang Geun Suk, Park Shin Hye, Jung Yonghwa and Lee Hong Ki.
And to satisfy the fans, an official website for A.N.Jell was revealed in the past week before being officially unveiled to the public on April 12th.
The website actually crashed when it opened for beta testing on the 6th as 30,000 fans got wind of this and started hitting the website at the same time. It was however repaired in time to handle the heavy traffic before its official opening yesterday.
There are sorts of information about A.N.Jell like their profile, album, schedules, etc information and it is a definite visit for any hardcore fan of the drama.
They may be busy with their own individual activities now but who knows, they might just get back together one day on stage or maybe film season 2.

Jung Yonghwa made an appearance on SBS Strong Heart on 9 February, telling the story of meeting his ideal woman by chance in Myeong Dong.
Jung Yonghwa disclosed, “I saw my ideal woman at Myeong Dong and thought that I should not lose her, so I asked her out to a movie on the spot.” The girl, of course, accepted his offer and they both went to a cinema. While watching the movie, the girl made a remark of a character’s lines, “I really hate Kyeong Sang Do men,” which shook Jung Yonghwa’s heart.
As a result, Jung Yonghwa decided that he must not show that he is from Kyeong Sang Do. However, he subconciously slipped out in dialect at a cafe. Jung Yonghwa bursted out, “Warm,” and, “It’s bitter,” in dialect. The girl got angry with the dialect and left the cafe without saying anything. When asked for the reason, she threw Yonghwa off with one sentence in dialect. “You’re from Busan, aren’t you?!”
In the end, the girl who hated Kyeong Sang Do men was also from Kyeong Sang Do. She hoped to date a Seoul guy and had considered Jung Yonghwa.

Recently debuted as a singer as part of band C.N Blue, Jung YongHwa was on the recent episode of ‘Radio Star’ when he was embarrassed by the other MCs.
He was on MBC ‘Golden Fishery – Radio Star’ aired on 20th January when he said, “Even though I had huge success with the drama, I destroyed that presence as the MC for variety show or awards ceremonies.”
Jung YongHwa had debuted as an actor with SBS drama ‘You’re Beautiful’ and was awarded the ‘New Star’ award during SBS Drama awards. He also did the MCing for 2009 SBS Gayo DaeJun but with multiple mistakes he made during the show, he was given the nickname of ‘*minpye MC’.

►►Jang Geun Suk to hold an Asian Tour?
My first reaction was, “Huh? A tour for what? Is he jumping the gun on a singing career?” But as it turns out, Jang Geun-seok is planning a three-month (March through May) promotional tour through Asia to build buzz for the Asian broadcasts of his latest drama, You’re Beautiful, as well as the Asian releases of his recent films. The drama may only have garnered mania numbers in Korea, but it has enjoyed incredible popularity online and overseas — it’s been bought for broadcasting in 17 countries.
Jang hasn’t yet participated in official activities outside of Korea and Japan, but no matter; he’s heading to China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Singapore, where he will hold fanmeetings. This is in large part due to the requests of overseas fans, according to the notice posted on the SBS homepage. Jang’s management also stated that he also plans on holding fanmeetings in Thailand and the Philippines sometime this year.
Jang will also be holding a fanmeeting on January 31 at Seoul’s Olympic Hall. After his Asian tour ends, he’ll get back to work picking his next acting project.

Band C.N Blue had their debut showcase on 14th January at PM in Seoul KangNamGoo SeomYoo Centre.
During the showcase, they also revealed their debut title song ‘Alone’. The group consists of main vocalist cum guitarist Jung YongHwa, Lee JongHyun who is also in charge of vocals and guitar, drummer Kang MinHyuk and Lee JungShin who is in charge of bass and rap.
The group name comes from ‘Code Name Blue’ and they will be showing off their charms through various concepts like ‘Burning’ ‘Lovely’ ‘Untouchable’ and ‘Emotional’.
