Sure I can see that Se7en and his girlfriend Park Han Byul are both very happy to be out together at last without worrying too much about rumors and stuff but this is just like rubbing it into the faces of actual SINGLE people.

YG Entertainment announces Gummy, Big Bang and 2NE1 comeback plans
Having announced that Se7en will be returning in June, YG Entertainment has gone one step further by revealing comeback plans for Gummy, Big Bang and 2NE1.
Gummy who last released an album with a feature by T.O.P. in 2008 will be returning in early May with her new mini-album.
2NE1 meanwhile will make their comeback this summer with a new mini-album and it will have a different charm from 2NE1’s usual music.
And finally the news that everyone is waiting for, “Although Big Bang did not release a new album in Korea last year, they will release a new mini-album this summer and near the end of the year. After Big Bang’s new album has been released, member Taeyang’s new solo album will be revealed as well.”

Se7en set for comeback in June
Having announced his return to the Kpop scene back in February, many have been awaiting for more information regarding the comeback of Se7en.
And much to the delight of his fans, YG Entertainment has announced on the 13th that Se7en will be making a comeback with his new mini-album! Recording is still currently being done but the scheduled release date is confirmed for late May or early June. According to YG Entertainment, the album will consist of 6 new songs and 3 from his American debut, making it a total of 9.
Se7en had been based in America since his 4th album, Se7olution in 2006 and thus his comeback is highly anticipated by many.

►►Yang Hyun Suk speaks out for future of YG Entertainment: G-Dragon, 2NE1, marriage, etc.
This year is gonna be filled with YG Family!
Big Bang and the newest addition, 2NE1 up on the YG Family site. Also in this update, he revealed his plans of marriage to Lee EunJoo of Swi.T and Moo Ga Dang.
A new version of G-Dragon’s “Heartbreaker” will feature the rap of Flo Rida. This new track will be released sometime in March as an addition to G-Dragon’s concert live album. Money made from this track will be donated to charity.
G-Dragon’s concert, “Shine a Light” will be released in two versions: unedited and 19 and under version.
Aritsts such as Se7en, Taeyang, Gummy, and 2NE1 will be releasing their albums for the first half of the year. In the second half, YG artists that will be active or continue to be active are Big Bang as a group, 2NE1, and the solo activities of TOP, Daesung, and Seungri.
YG Entertainment recruited five more producers and Perry, one of YG Entertainment’s main producers, has returned from the states.
In the final update, Yang HyunSuk revealed that he will be marrying Lee EunJoo (from Moogadang/Swi.T). The two have been dating for nine years.
He titled this heading as “A Last Personal Confession”

Murmurs of Se7en’s Kpop comeback have been floating since G-Dragon’s mega concert and now there’s some solid confirmation of a new album.
A YG Entertainment spokesperson has stated that Se7en is currently in the studio working with elite producers to start promoting the album in May

“The actual date of comeback will be decided upon after we consider the format of the album and its musical quality. We are expecting a comeback around May or June. So far, only 50% of the album has been recorded; however, it won’t take much longer.”

Se7en’s return has been highly anticipated since last year, when the news regarding his comeback preparation began to circulate around the web. However, no set dates had been confirmed by the YG Entertainment until now. ►►Se7en’s girlfriend Park Han Byul to romance Suju’s Choi Siwon in “Oh! My Lady”

Actress Park Han Byul has been added to the cast of SBS’s Oh! My Lady which stars Super Junior’s Choi Siwon and veteran actress Park Chae Rim.
Siwon plays the role of a rude celebrity actor, and Chae Rim plays the manager of Siwon. Park Han Byul will play the role of a former lover of Siwon, she leaves him to study abroad and returns to Korea as a director of a fashion house. Siwon will come in contact with her once again as he becomes a model for the fashion house.
I’ve never seen Park Han Byul act before and to be honest I don’t know much about her besides the fact that she’s the girlfriend of Se7en. This drama seems interesting though and SBS may have a big hit on their hand. This might be the venue launching Park Han Byul to the next level as she advances her career as an actress.

Sometimes I forget how old the Brown Eyed Girls are..srsly, they’re even older than Bi Rain! I’m also surprised that some Suju members are even older than their ‘sunbaes’ DBSK… and lol I used to think Minzy and KARA’s JiYoung were like super young…but not any more =.=;
I think I’m just gonna feel older every day…
Now in the new year, Korean netizens made a new age-chart, this time also featuring the male Kpop idols, ranking them according to their age.
Let’s take a look at who is the youngest and who is the eldests in the idol family.
There are about 127 idol singers plotted in this age chart including:

►►Lee Hyori is the most anticipated comeback of 2010!
So surprised! I thought it would be Super Junior or someone else but Hyori? haha I guess it’s cause she did NOT comeback at all last year 😉
Music portal site Monkey3 ran a poll titled, “Most Anticipated Comeback of This Year.”
Lee Hyori took first place with 26% of the votes, beating out SNSD! I guess she is ready to stop the overload of idols.
But maybe not, since SNSD did come in second place and lost to Hyori by a very small difference. SNSD gained 24% of the votes and it really is making me wonder whether or not Hyori will be able to beat SNSD on the charts. I’m thinking yes. Third place went to Big Bang with 21% of the votes. I guess these three artists are really going to battle it out this year since they’re all set to comeback in the first half of 2010.
Kara received fourth place with 16% of the votes. Then came 2NE1 with 10% of the votes and after the rookie girl group was their YG sunbae, Se7en, with only 4% of the votes. Ouch. Poor Se7en. He didn’t make it America and now it seems like people aren’t really looking forward to his comeback.

►►YG Family will be moving to their new office by the end of January
I don’t know how their old place looks but the new one looks pimpin! dang that’s cool 😀
BIGBANG and 2NE1 are all set to move into their new YG office building to celebrate the upcoming Korean Lunar New Year Day next month (it’s on 02/14/10 which is also the Valentine’s Day plus BIGBANG Electric Love Tour period in Japan)
All YG Family members such as BIGBANG, 2NE1, Se7en and Gummy will relocate in this 7-story office built near the Han River in Hapjeong-dong, Mapo-gu district around the end of January this year.
The company stated that the old office space, also in the same area, which they have been renting since 1997 is already incovenient for YG because they have been wanting to expand their ooperations and improve their recording studios.
The new place is worth ₩ 10,000,000,000 with the size of 2,078 square meters and will house YG headquarter, offices, rehearsal rooms and music recording studios and other facilities that represent the unique style of the iconic Yang Hyun Suk.
►►Se7en will make his 2010 comeback with new music
Thank goodness he is making a comeback..such a good voice shouldn’t be going to waste ^^
Along with the solo activities from Big Bang members, YG Entertainment will also push out a new project from Se7en.
Fans are anticipating his return and since he’s been away for such a long time, expectations are high.
An official from YG Entertainment revealed that “Se7en’s new music will not follow the normal trends, but will show a new side of him and of music.”
The date of release has not been announced yet, but for his new project, Se7en will show a more mature and manly side.
In 2009, he began his American campaign and released his English single, Girls. Originally, he intended to release a full English album as well, but the full album was never completed. Se7en eventually returned to Korea just in time to be a special performer for G-Dragon’s solo concert, “Shine a Light.”
Although Se7en was unable to finish his English album, hopefully 2010 will be a better year for him. Over the years, Se7en has shown the industry that he is a versatile artist, able to sing ballads and entertain the audience with a fast upbeat song. What does 2010 hold for Se7en?

►►JYP artists battle it out against YG artists on Family Outing!
JYP, otherwise known as Park Jin Young, JY Park and “rice cake gorrilla”, confessed that he had put his artists up against Yang Hyuk Suk (YG)’s before. This isn’t the first time that we’ve heard JYP talk about his rivalry with fellow entertainment companies – recently on Golden Fishery, JYP was open about wanting to beat SM Entertainment and YG Entertainment as well.
On a episode of SBS Family Outing, which was aired on the 13th, JYP and Seo In Young appeared as the special guests on the variety program. As we reported earlier, Big Bang’s Daesung even “auditioned” for JYP Entertainment on this episode.
During preparations for dinner, JYP revealed, “Yang Hyun Suk (YG) and I (JYP) would always brag that the artists from our own company were cooler. We decided to settle the argument by holding a battle between them.”
“At the time, I was still training Rain / Bi, and Hyun Suk hyung was in charge of Se7en. Although Se7en and Bi shared a hoobae – sunbae relationship, they faced off against each other in a dance battle nonetheless.”
Four years later, there was another JYP vs. YG showdown–this time, against 2PM and Big Bang. JYP stated, “2PM appeared at Hyun Suk hyung’s office and battled it out with Big Bang in a dance.”
When asked who the winners of both battles were, JYP replied ambiguously, “Hyun Suk hyung and I know who won in our minds.” Of course the Family members were burrowing with curiosity to know who emerged victorious from both battles so they questioned him again. This time, JYP gave a more direct answer, “The winner of the battle between Bi and Se7en was Bi, most likely because Se7en was 3 years younger and Bi was more prepared. Likewise, the winner of the battle between 2PM and Big Bang was Big Bang because they prepared more.”

Singer Park Jin Young (JYP) shows his affection for junior singer DaeSung.
On SBS Family Outing on 13th December, JYP Entertainment CEO cum singer Park Jin Young was one of the guest appearances on the show.
On the show, Park Jin Young faced ‘rivalry’ YG Entertainment singer DaeSung in one of the games featured. The match between the 2 in the mudflats has roused laughters, and DaeSung was seen showing his strength in winning the match.
And when Park Jin Young and DaeSung were preparing for dinner together that day, DaeSung joked “Here (in Family Outing), there is no CEO or whatever. To speak the truth, I’m one of the founder members of Family Outing and I’m losing power.”
Park Jin Young then said, “When I first saw you, you were smiling so brightly, I really like it and I really wanted to bring you with me to my company.”
And then DaeSung said, “I want to advance into the American music market.” and he started dancing to Wonder Girls.
On the other hand, Park Jin Young also talked about how he and Yang Hyun Seok had talked about the pride of their singers and did a dance battle between Se7en and Rain, 2PM and Big Bang. And Rain and Big Bang were both the winners to the dance battles.
With that DaeSung said, “I heard that JYP had lost 2-0 to YG. But I was not there then” causing laughter during the filming.

Se7en on Dec 9, posted a picture of him with BigBang TaeYang into his minihompy photo album. Under the title “TAEYANG & 7″, the picture was taken during G-Dragon’s concert back on December 6.
Se7en was a guest star in GD’s concert and he performed 2 remix songs for “I’ll Do Well” and “lalala” which amused people at the concert.
Se7en, “Hopefully in early next year, I can show you a lot of new music, please support me”.

Se7en was present as guest appearance for G-Dragon’s ‘Shine A Light’ concert on 6th December in Seoul Olympic Stadium.
He performed his American debut song ‘Girls’ and joked, “You know who I am?”. He continued, “It has been 2 years since I’ve performed in Korea. I’m feeling really happy now.”
Se7en added, “When I was in the States, I really longed for Korean stage, and I miseed everyone so so much. About a month back, JiYoung (G-Dragon) asked me to guest his concert, and I thought ‘this is the moment’ that I should come out.”
He also revealed, “I am currently working on my Korean album. If fast enough, it will be out early next year, I hope that everyone will show loads of support.”
After that, Se7en went on to perform ‘I’ll Do Well’ and ‘Lalala’. And even though it was GDragon’s concert, many fans brought along placards with Se7en’s Korean name written on it to show him support during his appearance.
