SBS will be the first end-of-year music festival this year with their schedule set for December 29th (since KBS has not announced their line-up yet, I am assuming theirs would be held on the 30th, in between SBS and MBC). In fact, the only thing I know for sure about KBS Gayo Daejun is that YG Family said that they will not be attending…
►►[VID] ZE:A releases “Love ☆ Letter” MV
The boys of ZE:A are setting their eyes on a successful debut in Japan. In November, they held a concert titled “ZE:A Premium Live in Japan” with much success. Soon after that, they have released teasers to their new song “Love ☆ Letter” and here is the official new MV!
ZE:A is set to release their Japanese single on December 22.
ZE:A tours the country
ZE:A has been busy at work promoting their second singleAll Day these days. But since they love their fans so much, they decided to hold a cross-country tour all over Korea to get closer to their fans.
These boys have visited Jeon-la-do, Choong-chung-do, Gyung-sang-do, Gyung-gi-do and will finish it off on the 24th in Kang-won-do. Those are all major regions in South Korea and I’m sure each spot has it’s fair share of ZE:A fans.
Naver.com and ZE:A organized the surprise event and they held a fan signing for each stop. Thus far they’ve stopped by colleges, middle schools and high schools to hang out with the students and throw small performances.
Their popularity was very visible in Seoul, Incheon, Suwon, Chun-ahn, Chungjoo, Daejun, Ulsan, Pohang, Gwangju and Daegu, Jeonju. ZE:A said, “It was so new and great to see our fans in the places we performed before our debut. We will give our best with All Day promotions.”
Hopefully the boys will successfully wrap up the tour on the 24th in Kang-won-do.
In other news, the boys are currently fielding suggestions for their official fan club name. On April 26th, they will reveal the top 10 nominees for the potential fan club name and start a voting process open to the public. What are some of your suggestions for the official fan club name?

►►Official line-up list for Dream Concert 2010 revealed
We reported earlier about the tentative lineup for the upcoming Dream Concert 2010 and the finalized list has been announced recently.
Dream Concert is undoubtedly an event of epic proportions for kpop fans – with nearly twenty of Korea’s hottest artists performing on one stage in front of an audience that’s 40,000 members strong. For 2010, Dream Concert has been scheduled to take place at the Seoul World Cup Stadium next month on May 22nd, and will be taped for future broadcast by SBS.

►►[VID] ZE:A releases full version of ‘All Day’ MV
Having begun promotional activities for their comeback songAll Day last week, boy band ZE:A captured the hearts of even more fangirls with their new music and look.
Released on the 26th, their MV was said to have been inspired by the classic film Friends, which features a brawl between high school gangsters.
A full version of ZE:A’s All Day MV was released out of the blue, although it should be a pleasant surprise for fans who wish to see more of ZE:A, particularly Han Ga Inlook-a-like Dongjun. The full MV, which is a whopping 10 minutes long, provides a better understanding of the plot that the original version may have left out. It is only after the first four minutes or so that the actual song is heard.
Considering the ridiculous regulations for MVs lately, ZE:A’s could potentially be banned too, not for its mild violence, but because the idol group walked in the middle of the road.
In cases like this, where a street fight is taking place, I suppose it is beneficiary to be part of an idol group with many members.

►►Performers/line-up list for Dream Concert 2010 revealed!
The performers line-up for the upcoming 16th Dream Concert was revealed earlier through Japanese online portals. Indeed, thanks to the Hallyu Fan Card, Japanese fans can already apply for the presale until April 14th, whereas the reservations will be open starting from mid-April in South Korea.
Related to 4Minute: [The information is still to be confirmed by PlayCube which has to reveal about the girls’ following activities but especially their tight schedule for May. 4Minute’s Japanese debut is set for May 1st (with the further release of the Muzik single Japanese ver. on May 5) and their Korean comeback was announced by newspapers for mid-May.]
This year, the Dream Concert will take place on May 22, at 7PM and at the Seoul World Cup Stadium. The event will be later broadcasted by SBS and here goes the current performers’ line-up :

►►ZE:A members get jailed for their drama cameo appearance
Two of the ZE:A boys, leader Joon Young and maknae Dongjoon, got “arrested” for a scene of their cameo appearance on SBS‘ new drama, “Prosecutor Princess”.
On the 21st, the boys made a surprise cameo appearance as clubbers and the plot was that they got caught by the police for being at the club as minors.
A representative of their entertainment company stated, “Even though the members are busy preparing for the new album, it was their first drama apperance so they practiced hard and took part in the filming. They received applause from the staff for their ease and composure, and ability to make it through the filming without any NGs, despite being rookies.”
On another note, ZE:A had released the teaser for their All Day Long music video on the 23rd and will be releasing their album and full music video on the 25th.

►►[VID] ZE:A releases “All Day Long” MV teaser!
ZE:A, also known as Child of Empire, released the music video teaser for the song ‘All Day Long’ on the 22nd on various music sites for their second album that will be coming out on the 25th.
In the video, the member of ZE:A all transformed their style to high school students by dressing up in school uniforms, and portrayed a scenery similar to the movie, ‘Friends’. Also, the fight scenes that showed off the charisma of the members completed the preview for the music video.
Their management stated, “In order to lighten up the image of the music video, all the film was shot in BuSan. Children of Empire also heighten up the anticipation by fulfilling all the intense actions without any injuries.”
Meanwhile, the music video for ‘All Day Long’ and the second single album will be released on the 25th at 00:00 through an online music site.

►►ZE:A reveals teaser photo for new comeback concept

Rookie idol group ZE:A caught the interest of many as they showed off a strong Mohican style for their second single jacket cover.
On the 19th, ZE:A’s management company Star Empire and the group’s official fan cafe site revealed part of the pictures for their second single jacket.
In the pictures, ZE:A members are shown wearing leather jackets and sporting Mohican hairstyles, shedding their young boy image. These boys are revealing a more mature side of themselves.
Star Empire stated, “This coming March 25th, ZE:A is planning to release a second single. We are planning to show ZE:A with a much more mature and manly feel, so please show a lot of interest and anticipation.”
Meanwhile, with their upcoming single to be released soon, ZE:A plans to first reveal a teaser for their music video.

►►Fan letters and gifts for ZE:A found in the trash
To be honest, I can’t blame the boys for throwing things away because you only have so much space to live in (not to mention the fact that their company Star Empire is pretty cheap)…besides, who knows if it’s really them who threw these fan gifts out 
Fan letters and gifts thrown in the trash have caused controversy for boy group ZE:A.
A citizen living near the group’s dorm had this to say, “There were the fan letters and gifts in the trash. The letters looked as if they were not even opened. Some of the packages simply had the gifts inside taken out and then tossed.”
After seeing the pictures netizens commented, “It looks like there is a problem with young idols these days” and “Throwing away letters fans had worked hard on is a bit too much.”
This news has become a hot topic on net portals and on the 14th, the management of the group gave this statement to fan cafes, “ZE:A loves and appreciates its fans very much. Management and the group try to read all the letters they can. Currently the group has been very busy with its schedule and preparing for the new album. We believe that in the groups absence a cleaning crew came into the dorm and threw the letters and gifts out. We apologize for this situation and will make sure it does not happen again.”

Children of Empire (ZE:A) ended their debut song’s “Mazeltov” promotions on the music programs last weekend and they’re currently working on the new song.
ZE:A’s agency representative said: “New songs are being recorded now. For the time being we’re concentrating on recording and in March new song and concept will be introduced .”
ZE:A debuted in 2010, although the group was supposed to debut in 2009 together with BEAST and MBLAQ . However, they were already known from Mnet’s “Children of Empire” reality show. They also performed 50 guerilla concerts, during which they improved their skills on stage.
In addition, as soon as they debuted they appeared in mobile phone CF, gaining a lot of popularity.
With ZE:A’s new song, BEAST’s announced comeback and MBLAQ’s new album in April, we can expect a fierce male idol group battle in the upcoming two months.

►►ZE:A’s maknae DongJoon transforms into actress Han Ga In!
I can’t believe there are so many look-alikes in ZE:A! haha the pic of DongJoon flashing his abs in girls’ clothes is kinda scary though..
9-member group ZE:A youngest member Kim DongJoon transforms as actress Ha GaIn.
ZE:A had their first variety show appearance since their debut on SBS lunar new year special ‘YongGooRiHwan’s Big Match’ aired on 14th February.
On the program, 20 celebrities and 20 reporters come together for a showdown, and ZE:A members transform as celebrities like Micky YooChun, Han GaIn, Han SeokKyu, Kim GooRa etc in a funny corner on the show.
All this while known as the ‘male Han GaIn’, DongJoon appeared with the same features as Han GaIn in one of her photos, much to the surprise of many.
Even though dressed up as a female, DongJoon showed the manly side of him by doing tumbling and showing off his chocolate abs on the show.

Meanwhile, Beast is the B2st Mini Album hit’s the 40k mark after 4 months into their debut. While the average for newly debuted groups is just 10k.
►►ZE:A get in hanboks and give thanks to fans for Lunar New Year
I love guys in hanbok lol the ZE:A guys look much more playful and qt than usual 😉
The nine-member rookie boy group ZE:A sent their Lunar New Year greetings clad in traditional hanbok attire.
ZE:A has been working hard since their January debut with Mazeltov. The members have a busy year ahead of them and it’s nice to see that they’re all still full of smiles.
ZE:A said, “Thank you so much for [giving us] love and attention since our debut. We hope everyone will have a good fortune in this New Year. We will work harder to progress as a group.”
ZE:A is constantly busy these days and rarely receive breaks. They’ve been filming multiple variety shows such as Maknae Rebellion, Big Match (where KwangHee&JoKwon dance Abracadabra) and more. But on the actual day of the Lunar New Year, the 14th, they will spend some time with their family.
