With the release of their first mini-album and the music video for their title track Magic, the girls of Secret haven’t been able to keep the fans from spreading the word of their hot new comeback. Now the girls release a few sexy photos from their photoshoot for MAXIM magazine!
Secret was complimented for their radical transformation into the urban street look but it seems they’ve gone through another unique transition.
With the somewhat naughty concept of “GUYS WANT SECRET TOYS!”, the girls portray a look that can only be described as wild, outrageous and downright sexy. Check out the photos below!

►►The months of April-May: Expect the return of the girl groups craze!
Fan boys (and fan girls) get ready because during the months of April and May, you’re gonna witness the return of 2009 girl groups craze!
The domination of the girl groups as seen by SNSD, T-ara and KARA in February and March will continue. We recently see that After School is back with the new song ‘Bang!’, and Secret with song ‘Magic’ – much to the anticipation of fans.
In mid-April, we will be expecting a new album from SM Entertainment new girlgroup f(x). Later the month, we will also be seeing a new album from another girlgroup LPG. (don’t forget about 2NE1 too!)
And coming mid-May, we will also be seeing the comeback of girlgroups like Wonder Girls and 4Minute. It is known that 4Minute is currently working on their new album with the aim of a comeback album in May. While the Wonder Girls will also be having their comeback in Korea with new member Hae Lim. They have been away for some time with their promotions in the States. It has been known that their new song and choreography is completed.
Apart from that, we will be seeing the debut of new groups.
In mid-April, group SISTAR will debut with Bang ShiHyuk as their producer. An d in May 9-member girlgroup Nine Muses (나인뮤지스) will debut. The group will consists of Lee HyunJoo who came in #1 during the 2007 Asia Pacific Super Model Contest.

With girl group Secret scheduled to comeback in April, their jacket photo of their first mini album was revealed today!
Because their title song is called “Magic”, their jacket photo has a fantastic concept which expresses a freedom and yet stylish atmosphere. The director of their jacket photo was Lee Jae Yoon, who in the past has worked with top stars such as Rain, Baek Ji Young, Ivy and Park Hyo Shin.
Furthermore, Secret’s teaser is scheduled to be revealed on the 29th. Their mini album will be released a few days after, on April 1st.

More and more artists are planning their comeback this April so you can bet the competition is gonna be stiff!
On March 5th, we revealed that girl group Secret is preparing for their comeback. Well, it’s been confirmed that the girls will make their comeback in the beginning of April with their first mini album!
Following their debut on October 2009 with their first single I Want You Back, the girls originally planned for their comeback on February 2010. Unfortunately, the date had to be pushed to April because they wanted to make the mini album more complete.
Secret’s agency TS Entertainment stated, “Because it is their first mini album, the girls put in great amount of effort.”

Sunhwa from the group “Secret” is known for her cuteness and laughter and apparently…stupidity on-air 😦
In the most recent episode of the show “Invincible Youth”, Secret’s Sunhwa showed off the fact that she has been studying a lot. Then Kim Shin Young told her to prove it.
The idol said that IT (Information Technology) stood for the Internet. She then continued that the FTA (Free Trade Agreement) was FIFA (soccer association).
Kim Shin Young then said, “Who yelled, ‘I don’t like the communist party!’?” Sunhwa didn’t even answer the question but rather said, “Doesn’t everyone hate that?”
Kim Shin Young also asked her who created Children’s Day. Sunhwa randomly said, “Woman~”
Netizens commented, “Does she think a program is a joke? How could you not know Bang Jung Hwan, the person that created Children’s Day? That’s ridiculous.” and “She went beyond stupidity and looked like she didn’t like her country.”

Last February 19 on Invincible Youth, Kim Shin Young made a phone call to Big Bang’s Seung Ri, who was in Japan at that time.
Shin Young asked Seung Ri who his favorite among the G7 members and he answered… “Park Chi Mi?” but was actually referring to Secret’s Han Seon Hwa. Seungri got embarrassed with his mistake, which also caused the cast to burst into laughter.

haha this dance is like the most addicting thing ever! Ever since I saw BEAST’s first “Mystery” performance, I’ve always wiggle my neck around whenever the song comes on XD
On KBS2 entertainment program’s ‘Invincible Youth’ that was broadcasted on the 19th, 4MINUTE member Hyuna’s intimate idol group, BEAST, appeared and gathered attention.
On this day, Invincible Youth’s G7 member Narsha (BROWN EYED GIRLS), Yuri, Sunny (GIRLS’ GENERATION), Hyomin (T-ARA), Sunhwa (SECRET), Goo Hara (KARA), Hyuna (4MINUTE). T-ARA’s Hyomin abruptly asked BEAST, “By any chance, have you seen me on ‘Invincible Youth’?
However, when he said “No. Truthfully, I came to see BROWN EYED GIRL’s Narsha sunbaenim,” Hyomin was frustrated.
Especially, the BEAST members prepared their Mystery dance in the vinyl house, and G7 followed and danced to the strongly addicting neck dance.

Secret’s Sunhwa, most known for her spot on Invincible Youth, was recently named “the easiest idol member” on today’s episode of Star Golden Bell.I think in context, ‘easy’ means someone who is easy to trick and easy to approach.
The members of SHINee all chose her as “the easiest idol member” which led her to receive the #1 spot. The boys reasoned, “She’s so nice that she almost comes off as being stupid,” and “I saw Sunhwa’s brain map online. It was very blank.”
Sunhwa replied, “This is the first time I’m getting named #1.”

So talented yet so underrated in SNSD… yay for some HyoYeon publicity! lol
Today(24th), in the filming of KBS 2TV’s “Let’s Go Dream Team 2,” located at DanGook University’s gym, Hyoyeon won 1st place in girl group 100M sprint.
In this day’s 100M sprint, Hyoyeon went against popular girl groups like Brown Eyed Girls(Narsha, Ga-in), Kara(Nicole, Han Seungyeon), Secret(Jun Hyosung), SNSD(Sunny, Tiffany), and Jewelry(Ha Jooyeon, Kim Eunjung) and won 1st place.
Hyoyeon showed her great athletic performance this day, like going ahead of her fellow member, Tiffany, leaving a great length difference. Also, she was cheered by the fans by giving them a memorable race with skilled players like Ha Jooyeon and Jun Hyosung.
After the race, at a prepared interviewing area, Hyoyeon said, “The members threatened me that I can’t go back to the dorm if I can’t win 1st place in Dream Team.” She also revealed, “My mom sent me herbal medicines when she heard that I was going on the show, and I think it helped a lot.”
Adding to Hyoyeon’s comment, Tiffany stated, “Three of our members came out on the show, but when other members heard that Hyoyeon was one of them, they were relieved.” Tiffany then smiled at Hyoyeon, gave her a thumbs up and told her that she was proud of her.
On a side note, this special episode of “Let’s Go Dream Team 2” will air end of February.

Not only did the first half of the year go crazy with the sunbae girl groups, but people also went nuts (without exaggeration) for the new batch of girl groups that came out in the second half of last year, such as T-ara, Secret, Rainbow, and HAM.

‘Who’s going to be the strongest girl group in 2010?’
The last year was swept by girl groups and in 2010 and their fanbases are constantly growing, they continue to sweep the nation.
SNSD, KARA, Brown Eyed Girls and SeeYa were some of the girl groups that have been existing before the previous year. Just last year, groups like 2NE1, 4Minute, T-ara, Rainbow, Secret, HAM, and JQT have joined the music industry and had made 2009 what critics have called “The Flood of Girlgroups” (With no exaggeration whatsoever).
The men that have particpated last year such as 2PM, BEAST, MBLAQ, SHINee, Super Junior, and SS501 did not have a match with the amount of girls and did not make ‘mainstream’ enough.
Girl groups such as SNSD, KARA, 2NE1 and Secret are bound to have a strong chance of being noticed in the beginning of the year due to their upcoming activities.

Last member of girlgroup 5Girls Choi JiNa will set to have her debut into the entertainment circle.
It is known that Choi JiNa will be releasing an album for her official debut this summer, and is currently training under Cube Entertainment which groups BEAST and 4Minute are under.
A Cube staff said, “We are currently working on having the debut in summer.” Ahead of her debut, Choi JiNa had her showcase in Melon AX hall on the 5th.
Much anticipation is for Choi Jina’s debut. It was known that after the disbandment of 5Girls, she had appeared for 2PM’s ‘10 points out of 10′ MV.
5Girls debuted through MTV ‘Diary of 5Girls’ in 2007, and the members had all had their individual debut after 5Girls’ disbandment like – Wonder Girl YooBin, After School’s Uee, Secret’s Jun Hyo Sung etc.
