TVXQ members who are in dispute with SM Entertainment regarding exclusive contract issue; Jaejoong, Junsu, and Yoochun are forming a three members unit in Japan.
According to the news aired by KBS 2TV ‘Entertainment Tonight’ on the 17th, Jaejoong, Junsu, and Yoochun are forming three members unit to explore new activities.
Official from TVXQ Japan agency, AVEX said, “The three members Junsu, Jaejoong, and Yoochun are already decided to form a new unit. The three will be active by continuing with new exclusive contract from AVEX.”
Regarding this, TVXQ agency SM Entertainment which had been appealed by the three TVXQ members related to exclusive contract provisional injunction, promptly filed a lawsuit in claiming for damages worth 2.2 billion won as expression of their strong regret.
However, AVEX official through conversation with ‘Entertainment Tonight’ retorted, “I think the 3 members are more like the victims here. Anyway, we’re done preparing for the compensation of damages. We did this (the Japan contract) because the situation allows us to make a contract. We see no legal problem at all.”

Jaejoong is a guest on Waratte Iitomo
On April 15th, TVXQ / DBSK / Tohoshinki’s Jaejoong is scheduled to appear on a new Fuji TV Japanese drama titled Sunao ni Narenakute / 素直になれなくて (Hard To Say I Love You). Before that happens, he made an appearance on Fuji TV’s popular variety show Waratte Iitomo (You’re Laughing).

TVXQ’s Jaejoong appeared at the telephone shocking corner of Waratte Iitomo. Jaejoong’s drama will start on the 15th on the same TV station.
The flowers which were sent for Jaejoong were from Eriko Kitagawa, EXILE, Every Little Thing, and Haruka Igawa. Many flowers lined up in the studio, and a good number of them overflowed into the lobby.
In the corner, Jaejoong shared by saying, “I do not get drunk no matter how much I drink” and clarified that since he eats a lot, weight training was indispensable.
He also said that he likes very hot food and recently he is fond of Curry House CoCo Ichiban’s “Super Spicy Powder.” He adds it on top of an already very hot curry which is rated with the highest spice number, #10 level at CoCo Ichiban.

►►DBSK’s Jaejoong gets criticized for saying “Kimchi” wrong
As many of you may know, kimchi is Korea’s most popular dish. Though it’s just a side dish, it’s used for more than just food. People actually say kimchi when they pose for a picture, just like how Americans say cheese when they smile for the camera.
There’s however a lot of bad blood between Korea’s kimchi and Japan’s kimuchi.
Last year, Jung Woo Sung went through a hard time because he spelled kimchi as “kimuchi” on a Japanese program and got criticized by Koreans for it. He later on apologized for his “mistake.”
Now, TVXQ’s Jaejoong is going through the same controversy. While shooting for a magazine, a Japanese morning program came to interview him. While posing for a photo he yelled, “Kimuchi!” Koreans are now mad that he didn’t say kimchi.
Some fans are saying people should be more understanding since he is in Japan so it makes sense to say kimuchi. But other netizens said, “He should be more careful as a Korean artist.”

After confirming Jaejoong of TVXQ / DBSK / Tohoshinki’s participation in a Japanese drama titled Sunao ni Narenakute / 素直になれなくて / Hard To Say I Love You, the official teaser of the drama has been released!
This drama revolves around the story of five young people; Nakaji (Eita), Haru (Juri Ueno), Peach (Megumi Seki), Rinta (Tetsuji Tamayama) and a doctor (yet to be named, played by Jaejoong) who meet in Shibuya, Tokyo and keep in touch with each other through a popular social networking service called Twitter.
Jaejoong will play a doctor who moves into Japan with his sister from Korea. He will face struggles and pressure over his ability to handle his business work. But through Twitter, he will meet four young people whom he gains support from.

Earlier this week, Casseiopeian fans scuffed up a storm of rumors that TVXQ’s Jaejoong had flown to Canada for a photoshoot. Although earlier photos believed to be taken in Vancouver turned out to actually be photos from Incheon a few days before, a scattered number of Canadians have produced fan reports of catching a glimpse of the idol out and about a few times. Well, it turns out that Jaejoong didn’t take this trip alone!
No photographic evidence or official report has been released yet, but fan reports reveal that BFF Hyun Joong of SS501 was spotted having a meal and a few drinks with Jaejoong in Vancouver on January 8. Others speculate that Hyun Joong & Jaejoong have traveled together as part of a documentary project, but DSP Entertainment and SM Entertainment have yet to confirm this. Furthermore, rumors indicate that 2Joong only stopped in Vancouver and have already flown to their final destinatio, Toronto.
