Popular male group SS501 attracted attention when they made a surprise confession that they are initially 7 members instead of 5.
In MBC ‘Golden Fishery – Radio Star’ broadcasted on 16-Dec, SS501 replied to the question why the number of members is 5, “There were 7 of us when we were undergoing training, 2 members left because they had some issues.” At that time, HyungJoon was not in good terms with the 2 members.
Member JungMin explained the atmosphere at that time “At that time (the youngest in the group) these friends really listen to us very well (obedient) but Hyung Joon would rebel when we say anything.”
Hyung Joon explained “I was in rival with them at that time. These young (younger than me) teamed up and tortured me.” His unstoppable confession was done when he received 1 vote for ‘approve’ in the voting for removing members, giving laughter to ‘Radio Star’ MCs.
In addition, being asked “What would you do if you meet those friends now?” and Hyung Joon replied “Firstly, I will reconcile the incident at that time and congratulate them on their debut” expressing his wish to have settle that matter and meet with a good mood.

Since their debut of 2 months, they performed ‘Bad Girl’ and then their follow up song ‘Mystery’ The rookie group Beast has now been featured in their first magazine.
The concept of their shooting was, instead of a powerful appearance, the six members did something more natural. Kikwang had a ‘kick through the roof’ appearance with a dramatic image, unlike a schoolboy, when he showed his muscles that revealed his tough side. It was surprising to see.
During the interview Doo Joon honestly said “It is difficult to be a teenage idol group in Korea. “It was a hard time before debut days, all of Beast can relate to the frustration. When asked if they had any complaints about their past, they said “If the failure has not been experienced then one would suffer a lot, because of that we have a stronger pride.”
In the interview Dong Woon said that his father, a professor at Chongju University wrote a ‘letter to Beast’ That tells how he feels about the band and them debuting, he also gives encouragement and advice.
“You want to debut, but not knowing if you can, nobody can know exactly the situation you’re in, and you probably have uncertainty and anxiety about the future because you don’t know what will happen.” He was nervous before his debut. “You are a person that can have manners, etiquette, and have an education. As your father, I understand you are a ‘premature idol’ but you shouldn’t worry.” He revealed his care.
At the end of the letter he said “Bright lights will turn on for you when you see emptiness and it’s difficult to bear. Know that no matter what your parents, siblings, and friends care about you and will be there for you.” Leaving warm words of support.
This attraction of Beast including the whole interview and pictures will be released in January.

Girl group T-ara recently came back with the single 뽀삐뽀삐 Bo Beep Bo Beep. Coincidentally, this track title shares the same name with a toilet paper manufacturer in Korea, 뽀삐 (Bo Beep or Poppee).
Through T-ara’s unintentional promotion of the company by promoting the song with their namesake, the toilet paper manufacturer wanted to show their gratitude by sending T-ara a truck load full of toilet paper.
A representative from the group stated, “Out of all the gifts we’ve received, this is by far the most fun / interesting. We received so much toilet paper that we don’t need to buy toilet paper for 10 years.” T-ara also showed their gratitude and was thankful for the gift.

The boys of TVXQ / DBSK / Tohoshinki are scheduled to release a new single in Japan titled Break Out on January 27th, 2010. This new single will be the main theme song of a new drama series by NHK titled “Tomehane (Let us jump together)! ►►Big Bang prepares for Big Show concert next month
Big Bang is set to give a concert next month, performing as a group for the first time in a year, according to their agency YG Entertainment.
The “2010 Big Bang Concert Big Show” will be held over three days, from January 29 thru 31, at Seoul’s Olympic Park Gymnastics Stadium.
The five members have been busy pursuing their individual careers this year; G-Dragon released his solo debut album “Heartbreaker”, Seungri released his single “Strong Baby” and did musicals, Taeyang also made a solo debut with singles “Where U At” and “Wedding Dress”, T.O.P. played a supporting role in the blockbuster drama “Iris” and Daesung appeared in the popular variety show “Family Outing”.
“Big Bang’s concert ‘Big Show’ will be made into a brand and we are planning to give music fans high-quality concert performances every year,” an official at YG was quoted as saying. “The show will be an upgrade from last year’s ‘2009 Big Show’ and we will try to live up to the fan’s expectations.”
Big Bang is one of the most successful idol groups in Korea, who were discovered and trained by major talent agency YG Entertainment. They are credited with being huge cultural icons for Korea’s younger generation in not only in music but also fashion.
Tickets for the “Big Show” will be available online at G-market, from December 28-30.

►►Super Junior Ki Bum’s movie “Jumujin” has finished filming
On November 15th, the filming of the movie “Jumujin” has been finished at Jumujin, Gangneung city, Kangwon-do.
“Jumujin” is a movie about a talented guitarist who met his love at Jumujin after traveling around. The movie is directed by famous director Ha MyeongJoong and the cast included Super Junior’s Kim Kibum, actress Hwang Bora and musical actress Lee Kyungmi.
The movie began filming on September 15th and it took 2 months to finish filming. The movie is planned to be released the first half of next year. (Jan 21st, btw)
Besides, on November 16th’s morning at Gangneung’s city hall, director Ha MyeongJoong, Kim Kibum, Hwang Bora, Lee Kyungmi who are chosen as ambassador for Gangeung city will receive their appointment letter.

This entry by Tomo opens the speculation that DSP gave up on the group and perhaps didn’t promote them as much as they could due to the reason that they thought they wouldn’t succeed. We can also speculate that he has signed with another company. This is a gutsy move to put a entertainment company on a public blast, so if hes the smart type, we’re guessing he has a strong backing.

Her nose is her strong and weak point while she is also displeased with her round face. “I have heard a lot of rumors that I did my nose. But I can assure you that it’s 100% natural. But still, I am not a natural beauty because I did double eyelid surgery.”

Their hatssss 😀 DO WANT.
Beastly idols 2PM, transformed into angels on December 16th for an event setup by Paris Baguette to help children with incurable diseases.
The event was called “Children’s Hope,” where the members of 2PM spent time with the children and brought them Christmas cakes, hats and Christmas carol cd’s all sponsored by Paris Baguette.
A Paris Baguette rep stated:
“For the New Years holiday, we wanted to help, so we started the Love fundraising campaign and we were able to help children with diseases. We received lots of love from customers, so in order to give back to society at the end of this year, we plan to be active in various social contributions.”
