In order to try starting the nations first celebrity bakery introduced through Mnet’s ‘Kara Bakery’, Kara had personally went to visit the bank for the required money.
In a bank in Cheongdam, the credit loans that Kara could receive were up to 70,000,000 Won (EST. $60,000). Between the members, Nicole, Goo Hara, and Kang Jiyoung are underaged, so they could not receive any loans. However, with only just Park Gyuri and Han Seungyeon, they could receive up to that much money, and considering their age, it is not such a bad amount.
The bank has said “Park Gyuri is a person who frequently uses the bank, so she could get up to 40,000,000 Won ($35,000), and Han Seungyeon used the bank on many occasions here and there, so she can receive up to 30,000,000 Won ($25,000).”
Kwon YoungChan PD, who is in charge of the production said “The loans that they have received will be enough to cover the bakery expenses.”

NOVEMBER 12, 2009 college entrance exam day for the youngest Beast, Soon Dong Woon. To cheer for him Beast had a special lunch with a manager and took pictures.
November 20, Beast put up pictures and video clips of them and their manager. This created a great appeal to the fans.
The previous day there was SAT in the United States so Dong Woon’s mother prepared lunch with them. The members were excited. After about five minutes they did a video chat with Doo Joon’s mother to find out ingredients, this started a dispute but it ended with a good taste and laughter.
There was also mages with 4MINUTE maknae and Dong Woon. They had their hands filled with rice balls. “To help cheer for my oppa (older brother) We made 3 rice balls.”
Cube Entertainment stated “We will continuously manage the photos of Beast and others, and create some distance between fans.”
Meanwhile the managers self-cam as usually, keeping a part of Beast separate but giving fans what they want, by continuing daily updates for the more demanding public and the expectations of the fans as their interest is growing..

About the teaser pics…okay the girly colorful one is a total rip-off of KARA’s “Pretty Girl” concept. The sexy-er photos is a total rip-off of Brown Eyed Girls’ “Abracadabra” concept. I mean, I like T-ara but why don’t they ever come up with something more…original?!
It has recently been reported that T-ara will be coming back with their first mini album, but most information had been kept in the wraps. Further details were released today, and it’s official: the girls will be releasing the album on the 4th of December!
It has been 120 days since their debut and they had much success with songs Lies and Lies Part 2. The members had collaborated with Supernova to create a project group, and with the release of TTL (Time to Love) and TTL Listen. 2, they have increased their popularity further – these songs alone have been number 1 on eight korean music charts!
Hit-making producers Bang Shi Hyuk and Sin Sa Dong Tiger will be participating in the making of this album. They made hot songs such as Baek Ji Young’s My Ears Candy, Like Being Shot By A Bullet, 8eight’s I Don’t Have A Heart, 4MINUTE’s Hot Issue, and MUZIK.

►►T-ara’s JiYeon and Yoo Seung Ho to star in a manga-based drama “Lord of Study”
These two go quite good with each other, eh?
T-ara JiYeon has been casted as the main character for KBS 2TV upcoming mini series ‘Lord of Study’.
JiYeon debuted as part of girlgroup T-ara in July and was casted for MBC horror series ‘Soul’ and has received good reviews of her acting. And now she has been casted for the main character for this drama with Kim SooRo and Yoo SeungHo.
The drama is an adaption of Japanese comic ‘Dragon Sakura’. JiYeon and Yoo SeungHo will play the roles of the students, and Kim SooRo will play the role of their teacher struggling to get them into prestigious college.
This is the 2nd time that JiYeon and Yoo SeungHo collaborate. Yoo SeungHo has also previously appeared in T-ara’s debut song MV ‘Lies’.
The drama ‘Lord of Study’ will air on 4th January next year.

That’s kinda sad considering she was bashed on numerous of times before due to scandals, rumors, and what not…
Ivy was getting attacked by 2PM fans, specifically Nichkhun’s on her Cyworld minihompy. We thought it was just another minor fangirl rage moment, but the continued harassment has finally gotten to Ivy.
Ivy has now shut down her Cyworld minihompy and on the main title it says, “Thank you Hottests! I will shut down my minihompy for a while.”
With that said, Ivy definitely had no intentions of angering Nichkhun’s fans with the performance. Not only that, but it wasn’t even her idea. It should be blatantly obvious that Mnet wanted to grab more viewers by putting an idol group and a sexy singer up on stage together – but as usual, fangirls are insane.

After watching MAMA light on fire with controversies left and right, KBS, MBC and SBS have collectively decided to take the safer route – all three companies have announced that they will be holding year-end music festivals instead of award ceremonies this December.
All three companies used to host award festivals at the end of the year until 2006. KBS, formerly known as KBC, held an annual music award event in 1984, but discontinued it in 2005. MBC previously hosted the award-driven Teen Singer Music Festival until three years ago. SBS, which had a similar award system until 2008, switched to the simple performance-based year-end festival format as well.

Nichkhun will be playing the role of the mother’s second son. Outside, he is rough and rebellious but inside, he is warm. Nichkhun is said to be showing off a charismatic performance, different from the soft and sweet image he has shown on variety shows.
The production team of ‘The Shining Diploma’ stated “We casted Nichkhun because of his unique facial features and we have high expectations for him.”

TaeYang, having shouted ‘Look Only at Me’, was a selfish man, but a man we could not help fall in love with. But this time around, it was a one sided love.
TaeYang has come back as a solo singer, not a member of “Bigbang”, with a new song – ‘Wedding dress’ which is about the frustration of a man have an unrequited love. It’s exactly after 1 year and 6 months since the release of his solo debut mini album last year.
How much has he changed? TaeYang, from his stages, looks like a 21-year-old shy boy. Bashful in front of strangers, he says with a sheepish smile “That’s the reason I can’t appear on entertainment shows unlike Seungri.”

I’m sure that many of you have heard your own horror stories about the entertainment industry, but Kara’s Goo Hara had a few more of her own to share on this week’s episode of KBS 2TV’s Imagine More. Goo Hara was among the few celebrities who guest-starred this week, alongside her fellow Kara members Park Gyuri and Han Seung Yeon, as well as the Brown Eyed Girls and 2AM’s Jo Kwon.
When all the guest stars were asked about the hardships they faced as a celebrity, she responded, “When I have to go to the bathroom, all five of us [Kara members] have to go together. It was because a male celebrity might walk in on us or something.”
Seung Yeon added, “Before Goo Hara joined Kara, we couldn’t even go outside by ourselves, even when we were finished with everything on our schedule.”
Park Gyuri also had a few words of her own: “The curfews at our dorm were so strict, that I couldn’t stand it. So one day, I decided that enough was enough and I sneaked out by putting on a male wig and baggy clothing.”
Talk about harsh. But hey, at least all those hardships paid off, right?

►►Why was SNSD eliminated from the MAMA’s?
The ‘MAMA’ (Mnet Asian Music Awards) were held with SNSD removed from the ceremony.
How could they have removed SNSD? What is the reason behind this unimaginable situation?
This year’s song of the year went to 2NE1’s ‘I Don’t Care,’ it is not unreasonable to say that this song was one of the greatest hits of the year, bit without a doubt SNSD’s ‘Gee’ whipped up a huge storm as well. To be truthful many people are in doubt with the decision as they all agree that ‘I Don’t Care’ did not come anywhere near ‘Gee.’ Not admitting to this truth is like trying to block out the sun with your hand. This year was the year of idols, especially for the girl groups. SNSD opened the year 2009 and was the centre of attention for the majority of the year. SNSD was the dark horse. Although SNSD were slightly overcome by 2NE1 in the summer, looking throughout the entire year; SNSD dominated. In this reality, we have no choice but to submit to the results of the awards. If we ignore reality then the award ceremony holds no meaning. We cannot judge the groups by its financial success only. We must take vocal ability and musicality into account as well.
If we observe the finalists of MAMA they included Big Bang’s G Dragon, 2NE1, 2PM, Kara, Brown Eyed Girls and Super Junior. They are all idols. From this we can conclude that they were chosen through pure financial success only and the support of fan clubs. The award ceremony itself was skewed away from fair judgement.
The very fact that SNSD was disregarded in the ceremony proves the inconsistency of the judgement of MAMA. How could they remove SNSD, the most financially successful song of the year. It completely contradicts their judgement. To be frank there is little difference in talent between SNSD and 2NE1. The same with Kara. If we look only at the skill of a girl group it would without a doubt be Brown Eyed Girls. If the award for best girl group went to Brown Eyed Girls it would have been understandable.
