►►DBSK not allowed to continue activities due to SM lawyers
Yea that’s right. They lost and now they are being a b*tch about it.
SM Entertainment will have a press conference today regarding the conflict with TVXQ/DBSK/Tohoshinki.
Lawyers of SM Entertainment said:
“The court’s ruling for TVXQ is not fair. They didn’t consider the main reasons of the case. Their long contract is so that we can let them grow and have a long term deal with them. We want to look at their career in the long run and the court’s decision is not letting us do that. This is going to affect TVXQ’s international promotions. It’ll also create confusion for stars that want to have long term contracts and move on to bigger things later in their careers and for the companies that want to nurture talented people for a longer time. Not only that, it’ll have some unwanted consequences on exports of Korean music as well as other issues.”
They continued to say:
“Each year, we adjusted the contracts in favor of the members. Before this problem, the three members never complained about anything. Now that they have succeeded this much, they are complaining. They have just started to reach the top and now want to separate. Before a final decision is made, the three can do their personal and individual work. However, we do not acknowledge the right for the three to work as TVXQ”
Because of all this, TVXQ has not been able to work and SM Entertainment will seek to receive compensation for damages during the time that TVXQ has been inactive.

►►A.N.JELL’s Jung Yong Hwa nearly got involved in a car accident
Phew..I thought my handsome Shin Woo ‘hyung’ got in something so terrible.. >.<
Jung Yonghwa, currently acting in SBS ‘You’re Beautiful’ was shocked when he found out that the car heading towards his residence in Kangnam, Seoul after wrapping up filming in the SBS Tanhyun studio in Ilsan slipped on the rainy road and hit a guard rail.
Luckily for him, for that particular day only, Jung Yonghwa decided not to take his own car , but instead took his colleague – Lee Hongki’s car home. Due to the rainy weather, Jung Yonghwa’s van was driving at a speed slower than normal. As such when the van hit the guard rail, no one was injured.
Jung Yonghwa’s company representative said ‘We’re really relieved that no one was hurt even though the accident took place on a slippery road’ ‘Usually when such accidents happen, people tend to think it’s an escape from misfortune so we’ll try to make light out of this accident’

[A] friend of [SharingYoochun] told [them] that she went asking Junsu’s dad yesterday when they’re visiting Junsu’s Crebeau Belle about the Spicy Phobay restaurant which was told being owned by Junsu together with Lim Yong Pil. Apparently Junsu’s dad answered by saying that the store is owned by Junsu’s sunbaenim (maybe he refered to Lim Yong Pil) and Junsu was just there to support and eat.

2NE1, How do they get SOLO activities, FAME, and MONEY at the same time?
2NE1, the leader of idol groups tries to do solo activities, and it is very successful so far.
2 days after releasing her new solo song, Bom automatically topped first place in many music chars such as melon, dosirak, bugs, cyworld etc. But before that, the other member sSandara released her song ‘Kiss’. She also won first place on real-time charts and weekly charts.
Then, what is the reason why people are into 2NE1 and even their solo activities are successful?
We have to look at why they do solo. It’s because to avoid boring typical activities and money. Firstly, if a certain girl group keep their group image too long, people would get bored. When they do some solo activities, people tend to pay more attention on new things.
Second, It is because of the money. There is an old saying “Grasshoppers have their own time.” These days 2ne1 is having a great time with their fans, and YG wants to make money with 2ne1 as much as they could. It will be huge amount of money if they do group and solo activities together.

►►Triple S doubts SBS Inkigayo is ‘cheating’ on SS501
Just so the newbies are clear: Triple S = SS501’s fan club. SBS Inkigayo = a Korean music show.
Fans of group SS501 has raised their doubts about her the production team of SBS Inkigayo derived on their #1 winner.
On SBS Inkigayo aired on 1st Noveber, SS501 won #2 on the show’s chart. With that, fans are saying that things do not make sense and requested for the breakdown of deriving at the #1 winner from the production team to the show.
The part about the breakdown that had the fans doubtful is the the album sales portion. Part of the fans have also started a protest thread on Inkigayo’s viewers noticeboard.
One SS501 fan said, “Do see the HanTeo chart. (SS501’s album) sold more than any other singer’s album. And on Friday, SS501 lose to SHINee by just 3000 points.”

►►What can you expect from 2PM this upcoming Friday the 13th? + updated 2PM news
Friday the 13th is the day of the month which superstition holds it to be either a day of good or bad luck.
Will it be good or bad then for 2PM after it was revealed on the 1st that they will be making their comeback in less than two weeks time on KBS2TV’s Music Bank.
Fans of 2PM and netizens have been discussing fervently among themselves ever since a 2PM heart together with a countdown timer was posted on 2PM’s official website on the 31st. Many have calculated that by the time runs down to 0, the date would be the afternoon of 2nd November in Korea.
Ahead of the announcement by JYP Entertainment about 2PM and their comeback plans, a JYPE representive replied about the possiblity of Jaebeom returning, “We cannot reveal anything at this moment but what is sure is that they will be returning on the 13th through KBS2TV’s Music Bank. We cannot say anything else besides that right now. Nothing has changed (about Jaebeom returning).”

The 6 member group 2PM has completed the filming of the music video in absolute secrecy.
Last month, on the 30th, 2PM had finished filming their music video and preparations for their activity for the first album on a set in Kyeonggido Kwangju. They have finalized their 6 member activty only a few months after Jaebum’s withdrawal from the group. Their management company, JYPE and the music video production crew have been secretive about the planning and concept of this music video.

On the 27th, through internet song sites, they released their first album called “Love Melody.” The album was written, composed, and sung by the Cassies as they are using this album to cheer on their emotionally struggling group DBSK.
The title song “Love Melody,” includes lyrics such as “we’ll always be by your side so cheer up.”

During filming of MBC Quiz to Change the world, Taegoon was asked to make a call to Jaejoong of DBSK. The two are known to be close friends and have been photographed together hanging out recently.
Jaejoong told Taegoon, “Don’t be nervous. Act as you usually do around me!” They made everyone laugh with their humour and wit.
