►►BEAST YoSeob’s special hat performance is “another Idols’ Hot Issue”
No doubt! I have never seen anything like that on TV that’s why 😛
Beast’s member Yang YoSeob suprised everyone with a cool hat performance.
BEAST performed their title track “Bad Girl” at KBS 2TV ‘Music Bank’ on the 13th of November.
They revealed a new look during the dance break. Beast’s member Yang YoSeob performed a trick with his cap. Usually, KiKwang shows his solo dance moves during this part, but this time, the boys gave a different performance and sparked interest among the audience.
YoSeob’s trick was the highlight of the performance, so before he went on the stage, he was nervous and kept practicing his moves. The result of his practice was great.
Beast always gave a slightly different stage each time they perform. During an interview with the reporters, they stated “From now one, each members one by one will have their own turn to showcase different performances. Please look forward to it.”

I was lucky enough to bump into F.T. Island when I was spending summer in Seoul this year. They were scheduled for a radio interview at a Korean broadcasting station. Even though it was late at night, many fans were awaiting their arrival around the venue. When the five-member band arrived, F.T.Island’s lead singer, Lee Hong Ki broke into a run, sprinting towards the entrance, as if for dear life. On the other hand, the group’s leader Choi Jong Hun was calmly walking towards the entrance, unfazed by the numerous fans who had gathered around him and were clamouring for his attention.
As an objective bystander back then, I concluded that F.T. Island looked much better in real life and that their main vocalist seemed to have a phobia for crowds. But don’t mistake F.T. Island for your typical boy band. Playing their own musical instruments, this pop rock band is scaling to new heights.
F.T. Island comments, “We think the public tends to see us as idols because we were young when we debuted and people called us pretty boys. However, wouldn’t this perception change if we showed them our improving music skills? This is something that we need to work on.”
Singapore fans of F.T. Island have many reasons to rejoice. Besides visiting the Lion City in June this year, F.T. Island will perform in Singapore once again this December as part of the Sundown Festival – Seoul’d Out! 2009 concert, which brings together some of K-pop’s best performers.

Jae Jin: I felt that Singapore was very clean and comfortable
Seung Hyun: I’ve been to many countries, but the passion among the fans in Singapore was amazing.
Min Hwan: I felt tremendous energy from the fans and would like to visit Singapore as often as I can in the future.
Jong Hun: Me too. I felt great energy and was very impressed that so many fans came to see us.
Hong Ki: I realised that Singapore is very interested in us, and I’m very thankful to our fans.

►►BB’s G-Dragon & Seungri backstage to cheer on Taeyang’s comeback stage
On the 15th, Big Bang’s G-Dragon who is currently doing solo activities paid a visit to the backstage of SBS Inkigayo to cheer for Taeyang’s Comeback Stage.
On this day, YG Entertainment’s senior staff mentioned to MONEY TODAY STAR NEWS that G-Dragon, in order to cheer for Taeyang’s Comeback Stage, arrived early in the morning at SBS Inkigayo’s live recording. Seungri was also woken up to accompany together to show support.
A related personnel mentioned that “G-Dragon usually takes care of fellow singers very well. During 2NE1’s debut stage and comeback stage, he went to the broadcasting station to show his support.”

aww my favorite groups coming together! *happy ^^*
2PM and Beast met face to face after the rehearsal of the November 13th recording of KBS2TV ‘Music Bank’. The broadcast includes the comeback performance of 2PM, who is promoting their 1st album.
2PM (NichKhun, JunSu, JunHo, TaecYeon, WooYoung, ChanSung) and Beast (DooJoon, JunHyung, HyunSeung, YoSeob, KiKwang and DongWoon) said that they are glad meeting each others.
Beast’s Leader Yoon DooJoon was known to be a part of “HotBlood”, a star training program/documentary, together with the 2PM members where their friendship started. Beast’s members KiKwang and DongWoon were long time trainees at JYPE together with the 2PM members. Fans oftenly refer 2PM and Beast as brother groups for some reasons. Beast is under Cube Entertainment, the sister company of JYP Entertainment. CUBE’s representative HongSeungSeong worked under JYP Entertainment before he established CUBE. He also help 2PM with their debut.
2PM and Beast held a Louder-Greeting-Battle and both groups stated that they’ll work hard on their schedules and activities. In the dressing room, 2PM gave their CD to Beast and everyone was reading the ‘Thanks To’ closely. 2PM JunHo and JunSu mentioned BEAST on their ‘Thanks To’ showing their fantastic friendship.
Beast’s ‘Bad Girl’ track is getting more and more popular. While 2PM is coming back with their 1st album and promoting their title song “Heart Beat”.

Family Outing recently welcomed two idol stars as guest family members with 2NE1’s Sandara Park and After School’s UEE.
During the highly-anticipated episode, Sandara Park revealed that Lee Hyori was partly the reason for her short height and she also revealed her shocking weight.
Sandara said, “The reason why I’m so short is because of Hyori unnie. During my teenage years, I was such a huge fan of Hyori unnie. I brought a lot of heavy melons from the Philippines to Korea after watching unnie eating melons so deliciously on tv.”
She continued, “After I attended a Fin.K.L concert in Korea, I waited in front of Hyori unnie’s house and asked your mother to pass the melons to you. In return, I received an autograph from you and happily went back home.”
By the time Sandara finished, she was about to tear and this touched Hyori. She tried to lighten up the mood with a hilarious remark, “Yeah, there were a lot of those kids.”
Lee Hyori then asked the 2NE1 member what her actual weight was, and being her usual 4D self, Sandara Park confessed truthfully, “I’m actually 40kg (88.2lbs).”

Guitarist of Korea’s most popular group A.N.JELL. The one who owns the legend of winning a scuffle against 17 guys during high school. The Shin-woo who appears out of nowhere when something happens to Go Mi-nam. ►►SHINee’s Onew still not recovered from flu; activities will be delayed
I’m actually happy that SM is not pushing him to do more while he’s not totally back from the sickness yet..
Onew has been out of the k-pop scene for a while now due to the H1N1 virus. Just like Jonghyun who also suffered from swine flu, Onew was expected to make a quick recovery and join his fellow SHINee members. Unfortunately, it’s taking Onew a little longer to recover.
Onew was diagnosed with swine flu on the 7th and revisited the hospital for another checkup on the 13th. SM Entertaiment had assumed he was now ready to finish his break and return back on stage. However, the hospital detected a slight fever, forcing his return to be delayed once again. This includes SHINee’s upcoming stage on SBS Inkigayo later tonight.
A representative of SM Entertainment stated:
“We have received a doctor’s statement that Onew still has a slight fever. We are not going to put Onew back on activities by force, he will continue resting until he fully recovers.”

►►Hottests show negative reaction to Ivy & 2PM’s MAMA stage
Fans have been expressing their surprise over the expected MAMA stage between 2PM and Ivy. After switching their name to MAMA after 10 years of being MKMF, MAMA revealed plans on having Ivy and 2PM have a joint performance as part of a surprise event stage.
Although some have been showing curiosity with comments such as “Is this true?” and “I wonder what’s going to happen,” the general reaction from fans seem to be negative, after the performance shown by TOP and Lee Hyori last year. “They better not do something like last year’s concert,” and “It may be their own business but I can’t accept this!”
