Although she lost a lot of weight, I think she did her double eye-lids at the very least 
Girlgroup Secret member Han Sun Hwa’s pre-debut cable appearance photos have been the hot topic amongst netizens.
Photos of her predebut appearing on Mnet “Stunning arranged meeting” in 2007 were posted up on various portal sites on 29th December. Her features when she was younger have caught the attention of many netizens. Unfortunately for the show back then, she was eliminated out during the arranged meeting with the ‘kingka’ male student of the school.
Meanwhile, Han Sun Hwa is currently one of the G7 members on KBS Invincible Youth, experiencing the countryside life with other female idols.

I knew she was plastic the first time I saw her on MBLAQ’s Army Idol show. She was such a brat, I don’t like her at all. Her lips are huge and super ugly. She’s really stupid as well.

how could you say that she is a brat, stupid and ugly ?? you don’t even know her .. you don’t have the right to judge people for only what you see … even if did something bad or good .. honestly there’s no “BIG” changes from her pre – debut photos.. she is just fat and her nose isn’t that pointy much .. but changes can happen when you grow .. and in my opinion based on the photos i think she didn’t have an eyelid surgery because she already has double eyelids .. when i was a kid i don’t even have double eyelids but now i have and i didn’t undergo surgery .. about her nose she did have a surgery to that but just a little cause her nose is not that ugly they just mad it a little pointy ..
and most importantly what i really don’t about sunhwa’s bashers is calling her stupid.. i know that she’s an idol but no one’s perfect you can’t have it all in this world . . . seriously to all the haters out there don’t have anything good to do .. instead of writing hating comments on websites about others maybe you should just think of yourself first ..

i don’t think that’s plastic surgery. Of course you’ll look better when you lose weight. Your skin will be tight, thus facial features will be pulled back. I’m 13 and I lost 13 kg last year. I know have bigger eyes, smaller nose etc. If you compare me with my previous year’s school photo, it’s like a pig and a lizard. The real plastic surgery dudes are the ones that have totally different facial features e.g. fat nose – sharp nose big mouth – tiny mouth no double-eyelids – double-eyelids. Even say sunhwa had surgery, it wouldn’t make much difference.

No eyelid surgery, after she lost a bit of weight but was still really young u could see the same fold at the outer end that she has now. She DID do her nose though. The tip is sharper and she has a bridge now. Very minor stuff though. Improving what u already have?? 😛

I know that I don’t really like Sunhwa since I saw her brat character in Idol Army where she couple up with Seungho but then, after I watched Invincible Youth, it make think again.
I guess one think that we all could admire her is how she manages to shed off those ugly fats and become more fabulous now.
I don’t like the facts that she went for eye-lids surgery but I guess maybe it’s one way for her to feel better and beautiful about herself.
I hate to admit that she’s now beautiful and have great skin complexion…

I think plastic surgery is nothing wrong !!!!!
