►►Bi Rain’s body before and after his acting gig in “Ninja Assassin”
I’ve always thought Rain was muscular and all even before this movie…but guess not haha

Rain revealed some pictures of his abs before and after getting ripped for Ninja Assassin, his upcoming Hollywood movie, and the difference is pretty significant.
In the before picture, the singer-actor’s well-known six pack is nowhere to be seen. Then there’s a picture of him after working out for some time and his muscles seem to be developing. The final picture blew me away; all I could see were his intense guns and visible six pack abs!
I always thought Rain was one of those ridiculously muscular guys but this just shows how hard he worked for his movie.
His strong will has definitely got him far in his career. Who’s excited for Ninja Assassin?

you can really tell his fat are gone. Just like he stated on his interview. He now has 0% body fat. You really can see those sexy abs >__< you should have see his train to get that body. men that intense that men really need to take a break. he so young and need to enjoy life. I wish him luck with life and career.

it’s 6% body fat, 0% is impossible, he went from 14% to 6%

0% body fat is a joke… hahaha but i think its lesser than 10% wow,,, this guy is pretty ripped!!! very nice build.
